The free apps share the same records. A person, a paper, a figure and a message open one another, so nothing is typed twice.
Your data
Everything Mail holds lives on a machine you choose: your computer, or an always-on machine in your office. On those setups we never receive your business data.
What it costs
Nothing. Mail is free, like every free app: no licence and no seat rent, for any number of people.
Software is bought once and owned; the only subscriptions are optional ongoing services — hosting, payments connectivity, and AI connectivity (bringing your own AI model).
