Your data

Your data lives where you choose

One machine is the home of your business’s data; everyone else connects to it. You pick the machine. On Solo and Office, we never receive your business data and are never in its path.

Solo

Your computer. Everything lives on it. The Core, the free apps, and any app you buy.

  • One person, one machine
  • We never receive your business data

Office

One always-on machine in your office is the home. The team connects over your own network. No internet is needed for the day’s work.

  • Everyone in the office sees the same records, live
  • Clients find the home machine on their own, so there are no addresses to type
  • We never receive your business data

Cashel Cloud

We run your own isolated setup as a service. Encrypted, never mined, never silently accessed. Support only through a session you grant, which you can see and which expires. You can move back to your own machines at any time.

Cashel Cloud is optional. Software is bought once and owned; the only subscriptions are optional ongoing services — hosting, payments connectivity, and AI connectivity (bringing your own AI model). Self-hosting means your own premises: your desk or your office, not a cloud you rent yourself.

Only signed apps run

Extra apps are signed. Your machine checks that signature before one is added. Unsigned work never installs.
